Christmas Eve 2010
Is been a while since we have written in our blog. Well, this Christmas we had some friends from Germany over to visit and tour beautiful Italy. The Aller’s Family spent Christmas Eve with us and it was a wonderful evening. Gordon cooked all of the dinner. He didn’t want anyone in the kitchen with him to help him. I think it is an American tradition! (Husbands like to cook, I never saw that in Mexico) he did a great job!

Este es un pan tradicional de Italia me acuerda mucho a la roca de reyes en Mexico el 6 de Enero. Muy sabroso que sabe.
Mi amiga de Colombia y se esposo de Chile. Muy lindo ellos viajaron desde Alemania para visitarnos.
The kids decorated some cookies and all of them did very good. Then we had a Christmas Nativity play with the kids.

Mis hijos no piden nada si tenemos, tenemos sino no hay nada la navidad va mas alla de cosas materiales. Lo importante es pasar un dia bonito y acordarse del significado de este dia durante todo el a~o.

Then on Christmas day we opened some presents in the morning and it was also Gordon’s birthday so we had a chocolate cake which the kids helped to decorate it.
On Christmas day, it was my turn to cook, first time I ever did it by myself, but it turned out good, I think. In the afternoon, we had some new few families, that have moved into our Branch, come for dinner. The Wood’s, the Rasdahl’s, and of course our close friends the Vargases, Jen Alvey and her beautiful daughter Keira, Melissa and Giovanni and her bella bambina Camilla, and also Mari from Romania. And the Aller’s too. We had a great time. We ate and ate…then we played games. It was really fun!
We had a great time and are so happy to be able to spend this time with friends and very blessed to be able to afford for a great dinner.
We were truly blessed to have a great Christmas!!!
La verdad tuvimos una Navidad muy bonita, estoy tan agradecida a mi Padre Celestial por todas las bendiciones que nos da, y la oportunidad de poder compartir con amigos.
