Love Easter… is my favorite holyday! For many reasons is a great time of the year, families get to expend time together and the more important is that we remember that our savior Jesus Christ lives.
It’s a great opportunity to teach our kids about Jesus Christ and to let them know what he has done for us, and how much heavenly Father love us and to remember him always not just on Easter. Now, days everything is so commercialized sometimes it’s easy for kids to be confused and not understanding why we celebrate Easter…. is not about the Easter bunny or the eggs, right?
This year we did not got new clothes for Easter. We want to make sure our kids know that we buy clothes because we need them and not because a tradition dictated on us.
We had a great Easter weekend, had the opportunity to sing at church very nervous but I was told we did a great job!
I hope you did not focus so much on the pain that he Jesus Christ suffered on the cross but on the resurrection and on the eternal life. That went we make a sin we can be forgiven and move on.
After, church we had a barbecue and an Easter hunt for the kiddos. The elders were able to come and a family that we meet yesterday at church The Osorios’s we had a great time! And get to talk about our savior was delightful!
